“For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord. They are plans for good, and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope” (Jeremiah 29:11 NKJV).
What do we see when we gaze into the face of our Savior? What do we hear when we listen to His voice? What do we feel when we live and walk each day with Him? Life with out Christ is nothing… Life with Christ is everything! How often as Christians do we pause and thank God for the “hope” He so freely gives to us? How often do we thank Him for the future He is preparing for us? My heart was blessed this week with the thought of how God takes a real interest in each one of His children. He is ready and waiting to teach us His plans. He walks, talks, and shares His emotions with us if we open our hearts to Him. With Christ as our Father, we do not have to fear or waiver, but can be strong and empowered in His strength through each circumstance in life.
Our Father not only walks with us through the “moments” of each day, but “lives” with us through each moment. All we need to do is “ask” for His guidance and strength and He will give us more than we could ask for or think! Being a Christian comes with many perks. Perks that we so easily can take for- granted. Do we praise God daily for the peace that passeth all understanding? How about the strength we receive from having “joy” in our lives? The power of forgiveness……..wow, that is one that restores our souls! My desire is to praise God continually. He alone is worthy of all honor and glory!! Meditating upon the goodness of our Lord, will take away all and any complaints. We are so blessed to be called daughters of the King! My dear sisters in Christ- may each one of you be touched today by the preciousness of our Father! He has a store house of spiritual wealth for us- if we are willing to be led of Him. Let us strive towards the prize of the high calling of Christ and not walk in the flesh, but in the spirit of Christ.” I love you all, and wish each one of you a blessed week as you serve your Husband and kiddos!

Activities for Children
Buy or make a bird feeder. Fill the feeder with bird seed.
Have the children watch for different kinds of birds.
With each different bird that you see coming to the feeder, have a child find out what kind of bird it is – maybe search online or use an encyclopedia.
Print out a picture of the bird and have your child color it the correct colors.
Create a bird poster board.
You will be amazed at all the different kinds of birds!
